Problem Statement:
An automobile company has come up with an idea of promoting images of their upcoming product over their website. For this, they need help in choosing the right image to be displayed on their website based on the customers inputs. A list of 15 images were reviewed by 5000 customers. As an RL expert, use Upper Confidence Bound Algorithm to identify which of the image should be chosen amongst the listed ones for display on their company website. Data Set:
A sample from the data set is given below which has the results of which image was clicked by the customers. The dataset describes whether the image displayed on the webpage would be clicked (1) or not (0) for all the 15 images.
Carry out the following tasks: 1. Load and read the data from the input file image_survey.csv. 2. Write a code to compute the total rewards gained towards the end by using Upper Confidence Bound Selection Method that helps in identifying the image that could be chosen amongst the listed ones for displaying on the website. 3. Print your output to a csv file Input format: Read the data, which is present in the file named image_survey.csv , which is present at the location /data/training/image_survey.csv . Output Format:
Write the total rewards received towards the end in output.csv, which should be present at the location /code/output/output.csv
