Quick Demo Highlights

  1. Dashboard

    • Users can log in and see existing chatbots or create a new one.

    • The creation process involves giving the chatbot a name, adding a reference URL, and choosing a database type (like PostgreSQL).

  2. Configuration

    • Once a database type is chosen, you only need to fill in details such as host, port, username, and password.

    • When you click the “Create Chatbot” button, a new chatbot is set up.

  3. Integration

    • Each chatbot has a shareable link. You can place this link on your website or open it in a browser.

    • Users can ask questions, and the chatbot will respond based on the data in your database.

  4. Example Use

    • In our demo, the database had information about phone models, their specifications, and their prices.

    • The chatbot gave suggestions about which phone to buy based on a person’s needs and budget.

  5. Manual Override

    • There is an option to disable the chatbot’s automatic replies.

    • A support person can then type a message directly to the user, and the chatbot’s responses remain off until re-enabled.
